  • Support Terms of Service
    Hours of Operation
    Normal business hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, barring U.S. holidays.
    Turnaround Time
    You will receive a response from your project manager within 24-48 hours of the submission of your update request (regardless of priority level). Upon receipt of your submission TMG will review the details of your request. If the update requested can be completed within 1-2 hours, TMG will complete the update and notify you when it is complete. If the update request will require more than two hours of labor, TMG will submit a time and materials estimate for your approval.
    All website updates will be billed in quarter hour increments, half hour minimum, and at the rate of $120/hr unless enrolled in our monthly maintenance program. All hard cost expenses incurred to complete any projects will be the responsibility of the client.
