Adding new emails for clients

Requirements: Domain Name and Postmaster account password.

1. Go to http://mail.themarcomgroup.com
2. Leave User Account set to postmaster
3. Enter Domain Name as domain.com without the www and/or http
4. Enter Password as given to you and click Login
5. Click New Email Account and fill out the information appropriately:
• Email Account: (username of new email address)
• Quota (MB): 500
• Enter password
• Retype password
• Leave Real Name blank
• Click Add
• You will then go to the Email Accounts page. On the bottom links you’ll see Create Email Account – click that to add more emails
